  6. Agreed 5 years @ 25-30M is about the most I can see them wanting to go for Josh might like the secutity of that this off season or he might roll the dice and try to get more years fia free agency
  7. You do it this off season or it won't happen
  8. I think this is exactly it
  9. I will say, this is one area I like the Jays financial flexibility We've spent a bit more in salaries on trades but have helped stock the farm system while doing so
  10. Found this if true. Mets R Poor
  11. I wonder of Cleveland got some salary relief Traded for last years *30th* round draft pick
  12. TSN today: 4. 2B/SS Lourdes Gurriel Jr. Affiliate: Double-A New Hampshire Fisher Cats Age: 23 (10/19/1993) Midseason top 100 prospect rankings: Baseball America (90) Projected MLB ETA: 2018 Season stats: .197/.217/.258 with 1 HR, 8 RBI, 1 SB in 66 AB at High-A; .286/.321/.416 with 1 HR, 12 RBI, 1 SB in 77 AB at Double-A Two games at shortstop, two at second base and one as the designated hitter. That’s how Gurriel Jr. split his week as the Blue Jays continue to emphasize versatility with the prized Cuban signing. It didn’t seem to bother the right-handed hitter in the box as he’s got five hits in his last three games heading into play Wednesday night. At some point, Gurriel may see time in the outfield, too.

  17. CC Sabathia said that his knee hasn't felt this bad since he started wearing the brace. Can't land properly. Wasn't one specific pitch.
  18. Kluber another complete game gem and Yan Gomes wins it with a 3 run walk off HR off Holland
  19. And that's totally true. Obviously I think the Dodgers are better overall (also Kershaw/Darvish/Wood - yikes!!!) But you're right in that the D'Backs are no joke.
  20. TBH I forgot they got Martinez The lineup is allright But the Dodgers lineup is nuts
  21. Dodgers have *5* guys with a wRC+ over 140 D'Backs have 1
