  1. - MLBTR: Eflin will make $11MM in each of the next two seasons, followed by an $18MM salary in 2025 - So they'll trade him after 2 years obviously
  2. 40 million dollars
  3. Sunday, Dec. 4: HOF Contemporary Era ballot results released (Albert Belle, Barry Bonds, Roger Clemens, Don Mattingly, Fred McGriff, Dale Murphy, Rafael Palmeiro, Curt Schilling)
  4. It's probably about legacy now. I'll bet SF offers similar Taxes are high in both states No one else is probably offering this contract except maybe Mets and that doesn't seem like where he would go Does be want to be a top 10-20 all time Yankee Or does he want to be a legend closer to home
  5. Yankees have apparently offered Judge 8/300M
  6. Judge to Giants would be awesome But he prob stays
  7. I'm going to suggest that the gap in level of responsibility between manager and becnh coach here is going to be less than with most teams
  8. But does he play the bongos
  9. If we had a healthy Ryu along with Gausman and Manoah there would be less pressure on Berrios. But that's not the case. There's a ton of pressure on him. We traded prospects and gave him a decent sized contract. Jays could really really use a solid few seasons from him.
  10. I'm just glad they traded Martin and not Kirk or Moreno
  11. Austin martin in AA this year: .241/.367/.316 OPS .683
  12. Guessing 2 years ~ 40M He wanted 3
  13. I really do think Berrios is fixable
  14. First time ever a retiring superstar could get to play in all 30 stadiums during their last year
  15. Miggy announces that he will retire after this season
  16. I though maybe 2021 Hader but no. Hader struck out slightly more per 9 but had higher hits/walks/FIP and much lower WAR.
  17. Astros clearly aren't Someone else will take a gamble on him I'm sure
  18. Yeah, Gurriel is gone I'm sure
  19. Yeah. Tucker is a better hitter than Pena.
  20. I don't see them keeping Pena is the two spot with Abreu there but who knows No matter what it's an excellent lineup
  21. Top of lineup Jose Altuve Jose Abreu Yordan Alvarez Alex Bregman
  22. I dunno I keep refreshing Twitter but all I'm seeing is Elon Musk ranting about Apple and posting pictures of the gun on his nightstand
  23. Jerry Dipoto says he engaged the Jays front office right after the lockout this spring about trading for Teoscar then. Says they "came up short" with what the Jays were looking for in return. Still wanted him so tried again in the off season.
