    I'd rather trade less for Kinsler TBH Oliver and Rasmus or Gose??? Problem with Kinsler is the $$$ so I can't see us going for him...

    Plus, the Rays do it with a year to a year and a half remaining on contracts and still get great returns. We own Bautista for 3 more years after this at reasonable $. That's worth more.

    We think Adam Dunn and Vernon Wells have come back to hurt us? Imagine how much Jose Bautista will beast against us if he gets traded to the Rangers...

    Chris Davis and David Ortiz > EE and Lind so I can't either making it Outfield isn't so clear...

    Yeah. Reyes was a lock to the the starting shortstop before he went down. Already a star, having a big year, etc... Really sucks. Janssen may be the only real choice Leyland has.

    I meant this past off season Maybe they were worried about Profar's hit tool before he had more MLB experience. But it seems fine.

    Honestly, not sure anyone on this team deserves to play in the ASG. Lind and EE are our best hitters but 1B/DH is so deep and there are so many big-name stars who get votes even if they are not having a great year. (Fielder, Tex, Ortiz, Pujols, etc...) It would be hard for Leyland to take one of them without a huge revolt from Tigers, Angels, Red Sox, etc. fans

    Johnson and Oliver almost certainly not here next year anyway so it makes all the sense in the world to trade them

    Yep. I'm shocked they didn't trade one of Andrus, Kinsler and Profar this off season They need another big bat and they could use an upgrade to the rotation Profar gives them their biggest return so...
