  3. Yankees and Red Sox both losing too F yeah hope it holds up
  4. Great great great game A starting pitcher going deep and dealing (wow MB has been good after a rough April) Offense scoring runs in bunches 6 games under .500 for the first time ins long time. Keep it up boyz!!!

  6. And not just any team - the only team he really wanted to play for this year.

  8. He was the reason AA talked to the Marlins in the first pace. Woohoo!
  9. It's best to forget he and Ricky are still in the organization and getting paid good money Less painful that way
  10. My thoughts exactly. Couldn't be more (over) due
  11. JPA hasn't had a good game in 3-4 weeks. You could ask that question every day...
  12. I'll take Arencibia I don't feel good about it but need to take some risks fer points
  13. Wow, pitcher's duel. 3 hits total over 5 and 1/2 innings. Great looking game for RickyRo: http://www.milb.com/index.jsp?sid=t422
  14. Can't wait for games against them Of course I said that earlier this year too and... Didn't go so well.
  15. I wish it was up to you
  16. Wow, catcher is just a really weak position these days, isn't it?
  17. Yeah they had it wrong. LOL. I corrected it after I copied and pasted and realized it was wrong. You quoted me before I fixed it.
  18. We need Johnson and Dickey to step up so bad it's not even remotely funny
  19. Yeah he has actually been fine
  20. Bluebird Banter: (with Bonifacio's first name corrected by me) As well, John Gibbons has said that, when Reyes does come back to the lineup, Jose Bautista will stay in the two spot and Edwin Encarnacion in the three spot of the order. It is the right move, but I didn't expect it. Gibbons, you are making me a fan. Anyway, our question of the day is: when Reyes returns, who should play second base? The choices are: Emilio Bonifacio: Emilio has been terrible, he has a .208/.237/.315 batting line, a -0.5 WAR. Fangraphs has him at a 1.0 UZR/160 which is ok. He made his first error since April 10th just this week. Occasionally I think that his bat is coming around but it hasn't. I'm not sure it will. Over the last two weeks he's hit .160/.192/.160. Munenori Kawasaki: He's been somewhat better, has a .214/.329/.275 line, and a 0.4 WAR. His defense at short has been ok, Fangraphs has him at a -1.5 UZR/150. The last couple of weeks he has hit .174/.321/.217. He's fun, but unless Alex can be bribed by Kawasaki Super PAC money, I think he'll be the odd man out. Maicer Izturis: Another disappointment. He's hitting .215/.253/.299 and has a -1.4 WAR. He has a -20.3 UZR/150 at second base, but that's in just 209 innings. Over the last couple of weeks he's hitting .237/.275/.263. He's been playing mostly 3rd, filling in for Brett Lawrie, but Mark DeRosa could play there. DeRosa has a 0.1 WAR.
