    The only modern analogy to Rickey Henderson might be if someone like Ryan Braun was acquired mid season after raking all year for a division rival and being an ******* and showing off and then he came here and we had to cheer for him to help the team but hated him and he was only mediocre. Picture that X10 and it would be like watching Rickey in a Jays uniform in 1993.

    Yep it's the perfect storm for player hate. He's easily my #2. But I just LOATHED Rickey so much, you younger guys didn't watch him play so it's hard to understand maybe.

    The most annoying thing is there was no absolute need to trade. Several guys signed for 1 year FA deals that could have helped this team, allowing us to keep Stroman and Sanchez in the system for the future. f*** off, AA, seriously.

    Yeah he was just OK with the Jays In Oakland he killed us and I couldn't stand him. Just couldn't accept he was suddenly on the Jays.
