  1. I'd have to think he'd become the first person to exceed 300M at minimum.
  2. Miller out for Cards after facing 1 batter (guessing he was hit by the ball, but not watching live).
  3. I'm glad that strike call was to Boni and not Bautista. He would have gone ballistic.
  4. Rasmus beat that out. Can't really complain too much though, we have gotten a lot of breaks on calls this series.
  5. Well, that sure turned out to be a costly error by Lawrie. Hopefully he can make up for it.
  6. This series has been both entertaining and extremely painful at the same time.
  7. People may not have been quite as happy about it as I remembered, but there's so many deleted posts in the threads that it's impossible to get any kind of accurate sense. There certainly were a good number on both sides. Here's one of the threads for reference: http://www.forums.mlb.com/n/pfx/forum.aspx?tsn=1&nav=messages&webtag=ml-bluejays&tid=69927
  8. I seem to recall quite a few people being happy when EE was released, so I don't think Wilner is wrong.
  9. We certainly don't hit many cheap ones. Both of those were destroyed.
  10. My point is that either that's true for basically all teams, or there are likely more teams than not who that happen to more than us. It just seems worse for us subjectively since we follow this team more closely.
  11. Over the last decade, the Jays are 7th in the AL in ERA and 5th in runs scored (offense).
  12. Happ sitting at 93mph. That's a good sign at least.
  13. His arm strength is probably above average as well, it's just his accuracy that sucks.
  14. The funny thing is, Boni will probably go 3-4 with a home run, double, single, stolen base, and 3 runs scored. Every time we seem to wonder what Gibby is smoking, the players seem to have a good game.
  15. Are we sure that's the actual lineup? I don't see it posted anywhere yet other than espn. edited: nm, I think it just was.
  16. I've wondered that myself, but it seems to be more of an airflow problem than a stadium dimension problem.
  17. Speaking of throwing the ball... Man the Mariners have been bad tonight.
