He's been fantastic in two AAA starts. It might depend on how long Happ and Sanchez are out though, as to whether piecing a start or two together is more valuable than maintaining the depth at AAA for something more significant.

I don't think Pagan is necessary right now. See what we have in Coghlan, who *should* be a well above average LF (he's really just an emergency infielder). There really shouldn't be any panic after 12 games, just concern over approach at the plate. Maybe the new high performance department workouts has guys feeling out of sorts or something, who knows. Maybe it's just a general slump. It seems like a LOT of the game's top sluggers are having really, really bad starts to the season.

I usually don't like fans booing their teams, but right now it's frankly deserved. Struggling is one thing, mental errors and lack of concentration is quite another.

I don't like that. You're against one of the best relievers, play for the tie until you get him out of the game. Send the runner, and force the defense to make the play. -
Apparently the Tigers are converting Gose into a pitcher. Not sure if that was posted before and I missed it or not.

Yeah, I don't think they will either. I was responding to the part about him not being ready, not whether it makes financial sense for them. Maybe they'd like some Smoak in their lives for a little while

Gillaspie is probably ready enough. Ideally he'd get 1/2 season more in AAA first, but he has spent ~1/2 year there already with very good results. He's probably an upgrade right now, straight up.

Correa is STILL only 22 and has 135 and 122 wRC+ seasons under his belt. I kind of think you take him over Bryant, whether it's dynasty fantasy or real life. Redraft would be Bryant.
