You all be happy to know that I still refused to openly cheer the Rays, just because it's the opener (and although I think I would have been okay tonight, generally it would open me up to getting the s*** kicked out of me). I went in my Bisons t-shirt as I did last year as well. I did fist pump on the strike em out, throw em out DP though. Really dead crowd there tonight.

I've always been a big Pillar guy. He's still not best utilized as an everyday player, not to mention when Bautista breaks his hand/leg/ankle next week the Jays will badly need Saunders.

My team and their lack of counting stats have handed Dinger a solid win. I thought I'd hang on to sweep the offense. My horrible waiver draft, cut decisions haunt me in week 1 too.

anyone complaining about Yahoo or Fantrax can stop. We pay for CBS fantasy for both our big hockey and baseball pools. Turns out that CBS hasn't updated plus minus for at least a week and all of yesterday's stats were deleted. Luckily we are a weekly move league (Monday mornings) and didn't have a shitload of moves to figure out.

Monday night vs. Friday Night (I think) is the difference I'd think. I might have a single going for cost if I don't recover from this food poisoning I have. This will be my 25th home opener and it's the Rays so I really don't want to miss it.

Purely for the win I really like Houston today. They beat lefties up and I don't like Holland at all. Houston and the Over seems like an okay non DFS gambling play. Lots of overs today I think.
