    kind of shows the respect that Bautista has for him too, I just think if that was Ian Desmond holding him back it wouldn't have went the same way.

    both of us? You'd think there would be some appeals to stagger the suspensions though. Like Milwaukee did after the brawl with the Pirates. Does this mean it's Profar time for 10 days?

    Pretty close. But in my in shape situations like this made me laugh and it pissed off my opponents even more when I'd just laugh it off. With one exception in playing sports if I got hit I felt it was for something I did. So if the ref got the call right I was genuinely pretty happy with it.

    I think Chavez gets more. but the rest could be correct. Looking at the past suspensions.

    That everyone did what they were supposed to do. Rangers being pissed about last year should hit Bautista. Bautista should get his revenge. Odor should be pissed and throw a punch. The Jays should come off the bench and protect their teammate.

    Beltre is the best. I think Bannister told him to hit him, I don't deny that. What Matt Bush did was wrong too. Texas did wrong...but Bautista deserved what he got too. Win the game should be the intention.

    nope and yes, I'd like to see Bush suspended even if he wasn't tossed. I like the bat flip but you when you do stuff like what Bautista does you know you are pissing off opponents and that it might get you hit.

    Not fair...but not going to change the situation. What you are describing happens in every sport though.

    2 baseball players have been paralyzed by illegal hard slides too. I think Bautista got what he deserves on this one. Odor will be suspended and he should.

    I don't get into fights. I know you are from Texas...the state of ignorance...but yes some people just don't have anger. I am the Prince Fielder in this situation.

    no when a fight breaks out I think people should be held back. it's what decent people do. I played sports for 40 years. Never got into a fight (got punched plenty of times in ball hockey) and always put myself in the middle to stop the fight.

    10 I think. Volquez only got 5. I think 3 was the max in the Brewers and Pirates brawl last year. Odor's is just the first to connect well.

    hard to tell if it was a push attempt or a punch. I saw it as trying to throw when Beltre got him and held him.

    did you see Bautista's attempt at a punch. Not sure he would have. I don't agree with beaning people at all...but take out slides have zero place in this league and I think it's great that Bautista got his.
