I agree but he'll only be 14 month older than Nimmo was when he entered free agency. His Arb over the next two years would have likely been $26M approximately. It's probably an equal amount of risk for both team and player

100 level infield for business types and rich baseball fans. 100 level OF for the people want to experience the game (but probably don't care to watch every detail of the game) 200 level middle class families and poorer baseball fans 500 level families and cheap ass baseball fans This is the Chicago Cubs model that has worked for years. Jays have more levels to play with so it is even more sectioned off. Obviously as the season goes into the pennant drive it will be get whatever tickets you can.

Yes, I think stunts like this, for likes and views are dangerous in the professional sports world. It spills over to a lack of respect for the field of play in other sports. As someone who puts on sports, I really don't want some idiot thinking it's no big deal to do it. I'd love it if they had the ability to disable all their social media afterwards, as that is why so many do this. We don't need another Monica Seles incident to happen in sport. Sports needs to protect the field of play! If the law isn't going deter (cause no one goes to court), then find other ways to deter.

You didn't like the Gimenez for Albies move? Someone accepting my first offer without any negotiation makes me feel like it's an overpay. Considering where my pitching still is, that first rounder could be a good one. If the second statement "trading my under 25 top 50 talent" is the dum part. I already had that conversation with my unofficial advisor. And she agreed that it is dum. Build around Gunnar, Volpe and Walker. My apologies to those that sent offers.
