this forum has great potential. I want to be here and try to give support and suggestions for how we can get this place to the best baseball forum out there. a couple hundred very good posters can make this place very special.

great that the Leafs finally made it to the show. it's been a long time coming. I was 4 last time they won the cup.

just thoughts for how things can flow easily here. take a couple different types of mods. take a younger one, avg board age and a little older person. give them Mod privileges for a limited time. if they perform well and do things as you think they should be, then extend them. if not, thank them and find a new person. any bans should be agreed to by all 3 mods. IP bans are only to be carried out by the you and Hurl and all 3 mods. WARNINGS can be levied by any of the MOds or admins. that gives accountability----- just social structure ideas.

i made one, not sure if it is what peeps want, but it can be modified to be what they need -
some boards have an option of "log me out after 15 minutes of activity when you log in." or keep me "logged in" not sure what options they have here.
