is there another franchise in baseball that has as many clueless players as Toronto seems to have. watching good teams play or even mediocre teams, it's easy to see how many things they do right that the jays players as a collective do so very wrong.
Kawasaki, although not a MLB talent, was very refreshing to watch because he knew his role and tried hard to do all the little things right. if the more talented Jays had his commitment to team and to baseball they could be 10 times better over night, but that's not the kind of players the jays have.
since I cant imagine that the front office specifically targets *******s, there must be a huge flaw in their philosophy of teaching the game and something that will take more than a few trades to fix.
the lack of baseball intellect is more worrying than the lack of talent for me.
