so right. Cooling it brings out taste and aroma. doing it without having water just makes it perfect. I sell the rocks. you can buy machine made ones that look like small black dice, but are too small and the whiskey warms the stone.
I have some Canadian black soapstone and some brazilian white stone coming next week. I'll make some black and white ones when I do. :-P
whiskey is 14 degrees, but you have to drink it because it's not good to be to cold too long. it will crystallize. no worries... mine wont be around that long.
