If he could just develop strike zone recognition he could be good enough offensively to be an everyday player. It doesn't even have to be a big boost. OBP just isn't high enough yet.

still not walking enough, but he's putting the ball into play. It's amazing that he's raised his AVG as much as he has when he still has a ton of swings at balls that are WAY out of the zone.

I'd love to see us get Cueto and Chapman, but I don't think the jays have enough pieces to even make an offer. -
It really seems more like he decides he's going to swing and it doesn't matter what pitch is thrown at times. he's had a lot of swings at balls at his feet.
