    jays have had some chances to bust this open and just can't quite get there. Need some shut down innings to give the offense a chance to get there.

    I'm not sure, but I think Bill Orielly calls people pinheads every show. He points out why they are stupid first and then calls them stupid. That is quite different though from calling a group, culture or country stupid.

    odds makers say jays 46% chance as is.... adding a starter might get us to 50% I'd hate to rent a player that costs us a couple really good prospects to only have a 50% chance.

    it has to be brutal for the hitter trying to pick up the ball. It would feel like the pitcher is going to hit you with his glove and then throw the ball

    Buehrle Shark Dickey Estrada Hutch would need to have a much better second half. would moving Sanchez back to the pen be enough to solve problems there? Is Stroman still talking about pitching in Sept? once again, it's a matter of what the price would be.

    that's ridiculous. he'd be a rental for 2.5 months. not worth giving up 4 players. especially when that deal on it's own wont be enough for the jays.
