There was a TEACHER at my school last year that taught that as fact. I s*** you not. They were the athlete kids and they desperately needed good teaching and now they think "either it happens or it doesn't" and I love it.

Keep in mind that generally, men haven't been trained like these athletes. To put a narrative on it, the constant training from ages 11-40 (little league to end of career or whatever) probably affects their development as opposed to living a normal life. -

Nope, that would be me and my friends. A lot of HS fans, if they're like the ones I know, grew up as kids watching Wells and Rios in the OF. As a kid, you're not gonna remember the role players and the relievers, but you're definitely gonna remember the big parts of the team, and that's what Wells was. I was thinking more so the fans who've just started watching in the last year or two. -
