    I love that KC, Texas and L.A. were really the only cities in which Donaldson didn't get a first place vote, not including Rosenthal.

    I enjoy how a huge part of "Royals Baseball" involves hitting routine balls right at opposing players and daring them not to f*** up. They are definitely a well-constructed team but they should've lost 5-6 games this postseason alone which they wound up winning. Good on them for taking advantage but I just can't call them anything more than the luckiest f***ing team I've ever watched.

    Just...wow. Had tickets for the the three ALDS home games and was hoping so hard for a game 5, especially after the torture that was game 2. Nothing beats sitting beside your father, taking in the most epic game you could ever ask for and seeing a series-clinching win. The emotional ups and downs, the craziest single inning either of us had ever witnessed and the absolute joy from Edwin's blast, Bautista's clutch shot and Osuna slamming the door. To top it all off with the players celebrating with the fans afterwards was such a powerful and emotional sight. Such a magical evening; makes me happy that my father and I can still share in our passion for the game. Go Jays Go!

    Not technically true since our lineup is more potent top-to-bottom, thus more likely to take advantage of those conditions.

    Sincerely hoping the dome is open this afternoon..16-17 degrees, partly cloudy with basically no chance of rain. Hoping MLB gives us the green light. Would definitely help our big boys out.

    I don't necessarily agree with HFA not meaning anything. Ideally in the first round you'd want to face the opposing team's Ace only once which the WC team would certainly only be able to field that one time mid-series. That being said any team who wants to win the WS needs to overcome adversity (and the past few seasons the WC teams have had all the playoff momentum it seems). I hope Osuna was only tinkering tonight, but it didn't look good regardless.

    Were the jays to design a #cometogether hat, they should take inspiration from Colby Lewis' and just stick a Jays logo on it instead.

    I don't know why but watching the cather's mitt in slow motion in that clip freaks me out....I can imagine it being a silent predator hunting prey like in a wildlife documentary. *ahem* forget I mentioned it.
