    Finding ways to lose, this team has no magic this year. Feeling hung over from almost wining the WS seems to be doing a number on everyone. This season seems lost at this point but hopefully a fresh start in 2027 is in the cards.

    Almost no one in the lineup feels like they have what it takes to be "that guy" when an opportunity presents itself. Varsho's AB was terrible

    Just awful. Even if they get out of this with only a run or three given up, the pitch count is going to be a big concern. Bieber just isn't right.

    I get that he's trying to protect Hoffman but I question him throwing the team's best hitter under the bus publicly. Agreed he could've found a more diplomatic way to say that.

    I wouldn't go that far but it feels like this team is coasting on last year...so far this whole season is one big WS game 7 9th inning.

    It was a GREAT catch true, but you're at 2nd base, already in scoring position. You go halfway and if he catches it then you can tip your cap. If he misses it, you're home easy while chases down the ball. Just a comically braid dead play.

    Can't make this stuff up, how did this team get so undisciplined in one singular off-season?? Just FUGLY.

    The only solution is to put him in the home run derby. Either he finds his swing, or is so embarrassed that he has to actually work on fixing his swing.

    Honestly, with the base open and no Judge in the lineup they should have either pitched around him or IBB.

    So many little plays, this team consistently finds ways to disappoint on defense

    Didn't expect to win this one based on the matchups pre-game but damn, the offense had so many chances. Not sure what this team's issue is with hitting with RiSP but it's beyond nauseating that almost none of these players seem to be able to get it done when it counts. Maybe Vladdy has failing eyesight and needs some contacts/glasses. He can't see the ball - 3 HRs and no power is pretty inexplicable this far into the season.

    Tough loss but hopefully Cease and Vladdy are both fine. Tough to sweep, you gotta take each series win as a positive. Hoping the team can get back to .500 by the end of the month and then go on a run as guys come back.

    There must be a broadcast director who is smart enough to change camera angles on the fly for balls hit into either corner, lol.

    Gotta feel for Hoffman. It must be incredibly tough to have a great playoffs but blow game 7 of the world series. There has to be a mental component to what is going on with him. I really hope he can get right. The team does need him if they hope to have a successful year.

    Pretty non-competitive ABs tonight. Injuries can't be the reason the rest of the lineup is struggling.
