He's looked bad all season on balls he has to dive for to the left.  I think he's looked okay on everything else though.

Are people expecting him to be Matt Chapman or something?

Okamoto is a bigger dude that won’t ever be an above average defender. It is what it is

And you can't fight the tears that ain't coming
Or the moment of truth in your lies
When everything feels like the movies
Yeah, you bleed just to know you're alive

And I don't want the world to see me
'Cause I don't think that they'd understand
When everything's made to be broken
I just want you to know who I am

Joe Ryan is mic'd up and commenting on Max....talking about how the batters are on the slider and how the slider is breaking

Something tells me Max won’t be hitting any of those incentives in his contract.

Give him another start or two, but the rotation might look like Gausman/Cease/Trey/Corbin/Berrios by mid-May

Something tells me that’s the last time we ever see Max Scherzer.

I wouldn’t go that far, but yeah I think his time is limited. Once Trey and Berrios are healthy he may be done

Just look at the views him in the dugout. He knows it’s time to retire.

Both him and verlander should’ve gone out on their highs
