Current consensus boards have Ike Irish being picked anywhere from the 8th to the 12th range. The Blue Jays sit atop those selections in the eighth selection of the draft. Without a catcher in their top 30 prospects, not even having a catcher listed, Toronto could be the team to make the aggressive push to add him to their system.
