I stopped watching last night's game and flipped over to the Eastern Conference Finals and... wow, that game got out of hand. 14-0?

As for this game, methinks San Diego is about to break out of their recent slump. Not that many matchups are a good one for Francis but this might be a particularly bad one.

As for Kolek, looks like a journeyman,  hopefully we do damage, but with this team who the hell knows?

The Padres have actually hit less home runs than the Jays this season, so hopefully Francis can keep the ball in the park today, but 14 home runs allowed in 46 innings for Francis on the year, so it may not matter who the opponent is.

The Padres can't hit homers and Bowden Francis can't resist giving up homers.

Francis looks a bit Jekyll and Hyde right now, good 1st inning, then gives up the homer with runner on. Settles down and throws some nice pitches to finish.

Francis is infuriating to watch this season because you know he's giving up 2-3 home runs even when he's pitching "well". Unfortunately they don't have any other options to replace him.
