Since the trade deadline he's played 2B just 4 times, with the last time being 8/18. With Wagner's emergence and the depth they have there, it's possible they are fine with him at 1B/DH now. He can still play 2B occasionally so it adds to his versatility. The question if he is going to more in the 1B/DH role is whether the power can materialize.

It was scored a hit initially, then was changed five minutes later to an error. That's what makes it sketchy.

Possibly, Loperfido, Wagner and Zach Dezenzo were all pushing for promotions, Loperfido was called up in May then Dezenzo in August, neither hit much

I was annoyed when he was LF and they were getting 0 Offense from the OF.

 

I am thrilled he’s playing CF now. Should still be in the bottom third of the lineup. He’s absolutely dog s*** as a hitter but he will hit some Homeruns and play incredible defense.
