1. fire John Schenieder

- seems to be matt chapman and other players dont like him and also he is not doing good and he doesnt do anything properly

 

2 Manoah to bullpen

he is very struggling in starting rotation

better to put him in bullpen and bring him if some pitchers ( starters) cannot pitch good

 

3. dont put davis scheneider as number 4 spot

- thats how blue jays screwed many rookies

put them too early in number 4 spot so nope, but he can hit number 5 spot

 

4. never resign brandon belt

- never

 

5. we need good catcher

- Jansen is good catcher but we need someone who is better

 

6. never do 1 by 1 trade

- they have to package players to trade, not one by one

 

7. try to give good contract to matt chapman
