ESPN Projects top 100 players for 2023

Thought this was a bit interesting to look at. The Blue Jays that were ranked were :

 

16. Vlad

49. Bo

51. Manoah

63. Springer

82. Chapman

85. Gausman

93. Varsho

 

Some thoughts:

 

- I feel like Vlad at 16 is a bit generous, but definitely could happen if he returns to 2021 form.

- Manoah at 51 seemed strange, seeing as their "prediction" is that he wins AL Cy Young.

- Gausman also seemed very low, I think there is a better chance Gausman wins Cy Young than Manoah.

- Where is Kirk, he was literally an all-star last year and he's not a top 100 player??

- On a non-Blue Jays note, there is no way Freeman is gonna be a top 5 player this year.
