I almost never believe more weight leads to more power but what the actual f*** Espy is killing it.

 

There's a reason why roids lead to more homer. Stronger you are the better chance you can kill the ball... it's that simple

Yeah but 15lbs of muscle in a offseason isn't physically possible. He just gained some weight which maybe he needed.

I think 15 pounds is very doable. You hear these stories every training camp in most sports. We'll just have to wait until Espy pisses in a cup to know if he's for real or the next collabello lol

Maybe not muscle but certainly possible for it all to be lean weight. What matters is he's obviously stronger and managed to rejig his swing to properly take advantage of it.

Our outfielders really play off the line

 

It's all analytics, it hurts when it doesn't work, but for the most part it shaves runs, obviously.

Man... thats an out if our infield wasn't played in.

 

Yes, that was weak contact and if the infield were back a bit...an easy out.
