Still early in spring but I am not sure the Jays will ever put out a lineup that disappoints.

So far really enjoying Lukes. He can play CF as well. AND yes he swings from that funny side of the plate.

I guess they're saving time by having the post-game show during the actual game. I mean, it makes watching the game insufferable, but at least everyone gets to go home early!

Martinez looks like he belongs, he's going to have a big year.

Gonna tear up AA and bang on the door next year :)

2 innings for Nate, 4 Ks.

I'm happy they gave him 2, keep him stretched out to start ideally... Looked really sharp.

Pearson is looking disgusting and the fastball looked more in the zone. Let's hope he keeps this up.

OMG yes

Does he still have a shot at the rotation or does the org see him as a reliever now?

His pedigree as a prospect prob means they try him as a SP again does it not?

I think he's the first to step in should a starter get injured. Jays will probably try to make him the primary Stripling this year and get him 100 innings.

I think they'll definitely keep him stretched out. From their perspective, if Ryu or Kikuchi go down, who do you want starting in their place?

Pearson or Stripling/Kay/Hatch?

I would think they'd prefer Pearson, if he's still with the team.

Off-topic, but I've really liked what I've seen of Greg Bird in the 1st couple games. He's had really good swing decisions and a great eye. Any chance he could make the team? We do need someone to cover 1B any time Vlad needs a day off or DHs. And, as discussed previously, Bird did have a ton of potential at one point before injuries derailed him.
