Nice. I do remember watching them in the IBL. Not in MLB.

 

Yeah, Oshawa hasn’t had a team in maybe 10 years? Guelph folded a couple years ago and just came back I think.. our team in London draws 500-1,000 folks a game roughly but I have zero respect left for their ownership after some things that happened a few years ago, so I won’t go. But that’s a whole other story probably of no interest to this board.

Yeah, my buddies were the Butler bros and Paul Spojaric, lol. I love county ball, I was so sad to see it go here in the 'Shwa.

 

Paul lives up by me Spanky. Right around the corner from the Lisle ball diamond. I think I played a game or two against his son.

 

A good friend of mine just got hired to be the pitching coach for the Baycats ICB team. The guy was a machine on the mound. I once watched him pitch 3 straight games on Sunday to lead his team to an OBA Championship....after pitching the opener on Friday night.
