Does Kendrys Morales have mutual option after this year?

On Rotoworld it lists a mutual option with a 1.5 mil buyout after this year. I don't see this on any other website and hadn't seen this before (and can't be bothered to read the entire thread about his signing to try to find any mention). Is this legit?

AFAIK, Shapiro doesn't do player options of any kind. He's all about cost certainty.

Low risk moves will almost always yield low returns. Morales will not be worth 2 wins ( total ) over the life of the contract

How often are mutual options accepted? Seems like a wasted exercise since one side will always decline if the value isn't on their side.
