As it looks like NorthOf49 isn't going to set one up, I don't mind doing one? I could set up a Google doc with the top 50 free agents, create a new Google account to host it (takes 30 seconds to set one up), then share the link.

 

I'm thinking options for team / years / AAV / opt out (y/n) / option (y/n). I'd set it up with variables so you just select from a drop down box.
