gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Smoakie likes it DOWN. God we hit like s*** with RISP overall. Nobody shortens up and thinks line drive with RISP. Horrible pitch Happ. Machado looked like he was looking change and got it.
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 3 more dingers off Happ..so far. Right after we leave more runners on. Tough to watch this.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Let's keep Happ in until we are down more runs than we have hits.. great job Gibby

Some of them have moreso lately. We have scored on Chapman, Betances and kimbrell by using RF. Just not consistently enough. It's like they only do it late in games against guys that throw 100.
nextyear Verified Member Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 O's are way better than us? Certainly better than today's lineup with no Bautista or Martin.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Brutal positioning by Carrera, gave himself no shot to make a strong throw to third.

When was the last time we score more than 5 runs...this offense is so frustrating and dragging us down. Opposite of the first half last season
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Exactly. Imagine applying that approach vs everyone?

Effit Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Would be nice to have a laugher once in awhile, practically non-existent this year.
nextyear Verified Member Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Good work by the Blue Jays to only give up 1 run.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Buck Showalter looked miserable even as a minor league player in 1980.
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Nice start Pillar... Excellent. Love to see him run here. DPs killin us.
nextyear Verified Member Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Buck Showalter looked miserable even as a minor league player in 1980. Russell Martin seems to have that same very serious, scolding look. Maybe Martin will be a manager someday, he has the baseball knowledge and stern look.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 nice running pillar and nice job barney time to at least tie it back here
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Excellent. Love to see him run here. DPs killin us. Or a hit...
