yeah...as Jays fan I love when the jays hitters hit poorly and I enjoy predicting them to do poorly.

You missed the point of his post entirely. He's saying that if/when the Jays bat poorly this series up against 2 very good pitchers, uninformed fans are going to blame the Jays hitters for being bad rather than just realizing that the SP we are up against are very good. He's not even wishing that we do bad.

The point is that we are going up against good pitchers this series so that we may not be scoring a lot of runs. If that happens, chicken littles will scream the sky is faling at the end of the series, without even giving a second thought as to who we were going up against.

The point is that we are going up against good pitchers this series so that we may not be scoring a lot of runs. If that happens, chicken littles will scream the sky is faling at the end of the series, without even giving a second thought as to who we were going up against.
