Praxis Verified Member Posted March 25, 2016 Posted March 25, 2016 Phillies commentary is beyond awful, but to be fair what the hell do you have to say if you're a Phillies booster right now anyway?

Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted March 25, 2016 Posted March 25, 2016 Maikel is amazing. AG raped my in that deal (Maikel for Quintana and Barreto)
Praxis Verified Member Posted March 25, 2016 Posted March 25, 2016 I take it Kotchman is AAA depth? Nice swing though.
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted March 25, 2016 Posted March 25, 2016 nice at bat by goins..bad luck
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 25, 2016 Posted March 25, 2016 I take it Kotchman is AAA depth? Nice swing though. Yeah.. Kind of nice the way Shapiro added pretty decent depth to the org.
Slade Old-Timey Member Posted March 25, 2016 Posted March 25, 2016 Estrada was definitely told not to swing at anything.
Praxis Verified Member Posted March 25, 2016 Posted March 25, 2016 Lol at Estrada letting meatballs pass him by.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted March 25, 2016 Posted March 25, 2016 Would be nice it the Phillies paid a little attention to the other team. They have notes infront of them don't they? Lay down a bunt and try to beat out lol. Last thing the Blue Jays want Estrada to do.
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted March 25, 2016 Posted March 25, 2016 hopefully this pillar experiment doesn't last for more than a week into the season
43211234 Verified Member Posted March 25, 2016 Posted March 25, 2016 Lol at Estrada letting meatballs pass him by. It's almost as if he was never going to swing.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted March 25, 2016 Posted March 25, 2016 It's almost as if he was never going to swing. Hes not he talked to Ruiz before both at-bats. Probably told him he wasn't going to swing so just throw the ball over the plate.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted March 25, 2016 Posted March 25, 2016 Crazy ST stat. Pillar has struck out 1 time in 48 PA.
Praxis Verified Member Posted March 25, 2016 Posted March 25, 2016 I just twigged onto the strategy for today's team selection; it's the Caucasian squad!
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 25, 2016 Posted March 25, 2016 Ceciliani looks good, being a LHH may keep him from being on the 25 man though. Lake sucks so Ceciliani may make it regardless.

saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 Crazy ST stat. Pillar has struck out 1 time in 48 PA. should have definitely had a double in his first at bat...babip not his friend this spring
Praxis Verified Member Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 Wow, Venditte has 2 outs on 0 pitches according to the scorecard. Love those switch-pitchers! Edit: They switched it now. Damn - I was hoping he'd get credit for the outs! Lol.....
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 Goins has the Derek Jeter thing going. Lol..

Saunders is an everyday player so I'm not worried if our backup OF is Left-handed. We need to keep Bautista and Pillar as fresh as possible so gotta take the best player. Lake just doesn't deserve it. Kind of suprised Dom Brown is still here. You would think he would have asked for his release by now.
SexyNewForum Verified Member Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 Venditte definitely seems to keep the ball down. Any chance this guy is good ? I haven't heard or seen much of him
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 Kind of cheering for Pat Venditte but hard to imagine Choate not winning the loogy job.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 should have definitely had a double in his first at bat...babip not his friend this spring Hell if the wind wasn't blowing it had a good chance of leaving the park.
