The Bad Guy Verified Member Posted April 27, 2019 Posted April 27, 2019 Or straight prospects back as long as one is elite
BTS Community Moderator Posted April 30, 2019 Posted April 30, 2019 I need starting pitching and have a pretty good farm to dangle, as well as Eddie Rosario, Steven Piscotty, and Willians Astudillo. Could acquire multiple arms, ranging from ace to SP4/5.

BTS Community Moderator Posted April 30, 2019 Posted April 30, 2019 Rosenthal could be had I was looking forward to a fresh week without that ******* and Godley tanking my ratios. Then Tanner Roark promptly took a s*** all over them. So I rage dropped him, and then Mike Leake too for also being a soft-tossing shitballer. I am mad on the internet.

Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted May 1, 2019 Posted May 1, 2019 My bottom feeder club is going to give the 1st place Drunks all they can handle this week!
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted May 1, 2019 Posted May 1, 2019 Still looking to move futures for arm(s). Some package of Austin Riley (now at .938 OPS in AAA with 20% K rate) on my MLB roster, my prospects except for Wander Franco, and MiLB 25 available for the right arms. Could also use an upgrade at 2B from Danny Santana. Not buying his SSS performance.

Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted May 2, 2019 Posted May 2, 2019 Mark my words, Luke Voit is going to break out big time this season. This guy is a f***ing beast. I wish I owned him in every league.

connorp Old-Timey Member Posted May 4, 2019 Posted May 4, 2019 CF Tommy Pham avail if anyone is giving up a good prospect power bat Also the ageless Nelson Cruz for those teams that could use the 1.000 OPS in the UT slot
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted May 5, 2019 Posted May 5, 2019 Alec Bohm to the Bashers, Gausman to Spooge Connor to confirm
connorp Old-Timey Member Posted May 5, 2019 Posted May 5, 2019 I put Paulino in a NA spot to make room on the farm
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted May 5, 2019 Posted May 5, 2019 I put Paulino in a NA spot to make room on the farm i don't think you needed to, MiLB rosters are unlimited right now sent you the Yahoo end of the deal
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted May 5, 2019 Posted May 5, 2019 i don't think you needed to, MiLB rosters are unlimited right now No they aren't, or did we change something I forgot about?
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted May 5, 2019 Posted May 5, 2019 No they aren't, or did we change something I forgot about? Just looked, you are right, max 14. Connor had room, did not need to elevate Paulino
connorp Old-Timey Member Posted May 5, 2019 Posted May 5, 2019 I was forced to make cuts on my Bryant trade so I assume there’s still limits
connorp Old-Timey Member Posted May 5, 2019 Posted May 5, 2019 Those cuts better not end up being good then! F’n BTS
BTS Community Moderator Posted May 5, 2019 Posted May 5, 2019 You can't roster 14 if you didn't roster 14 for the cut.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 5, 2019 Posted May 5, 2019 K all is forgiven then Try reading the rules once in a while 3 foot?!
BTS Community Moderator Posted May 5, 2019 Posted May 5, 2019 In connor and Jim's defense, I've thought for years that our keeper rules need tweaking, because they're confusing.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted May 5, 2019 Posted May 5, 2019 Is there any actual upside to limiting the farms in between cut downs? It might make things more interesting not to. People would still have to cut down twice a year.

Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted May 5, 2019 Posted May 5, 2019 In connor and Jim's defense, I've thought for years that our keeper rules need tweaking, because they're confusing. The rules are definitely ambiguous on this point. I think max 14 at any time is simple. No reason to add complexity.

I think part of the interesting flavor of this league is the flex roster capability, which we'd lose by making it permanently 14. It probably really only needs to apply to the cut downs though.
