So the 32 players is for the cut deadline. After cuts is the waiver draft, you should end up with no more than 25 MLB players at the conclusion of it. Extra waiver picks will be dissolved if your pick comes up and your roster is full past the allowed 25.

Okay so my cut list would then be will smith, Greg bird, Matt Duffy, and Martin Maldonado. That should leave me with 22 mlb, 10 MiLB, and end my draft as long as I’m looking at everything correctly. I'm proposing midnight on Sunday the 24th as the deadline to A) have your players added in yahoo, and announce your cuts, and then a March 1st start to the waiver draft. Remember that you can keep a total of 32 players, of which 18-22 must be MLB assets.

 

Prospects may be kept on an MiLB roster until the following MLB conditions are met:

 

Hitters: 500 career PA

 

Pitchers: 26 career X [where X = GS + 0.5(relief appearances)]
