Jim's been active on the forums for a long time, so he'll likely be more committed than many others we could have chosen.

And this being his only team, means he can give it extra focus.

Plus, with the existing rivalries, there'll be a little extra incentive to prove himself.

And often, once you get involved in a fantasy league, the animosities get toned down a little, when you realize you might need to trade with those people at a future date.

 

Boxy, simmer down. It's OK to play fantasy baseball with people who have different opinions than yourself.

If we have any BORED rules, can we add them to the BORED master document, just so everything we need is all in one place?

Are we sure those rules on the first page are up to date? It says that you can't have more than 12 prospects at any time.

I thought you could have 12-14 in BORED depending how many keepers you took at the cut down.

In the preseason cut, you can choose 12-14 prospects. You have to cut down to 12 for the midseason MiLB draft, and that limit lasts until the offseason when rosters are unlimited.

It appears I've jumped the shark in fantasy baseball. Disappointing year across the board. In this league I thought I'd compete with a strong offense and middle of the pack pitching.

 

Gausman, Teheran, Verlander, and Harvey have an average Yahoo rank of 802 lol. All were guys I targeted and not who I just picked in the draft. So while I've had really good success with hitters I sought out, it's been cxl out by my poor choice of pitchers

i wasn't thinking Harvey would have a great year, nor am I expecting that with Ross. But Harvey was worse than I hoped for and now he's hurt. But it wouldn't be so bad if the other guys weren't literally some of the worst SP in baseball
