BTS Community Moderator Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 I spent a little time wondering who RP1 was... See if you guys can guess. Kenley Jansen - RP2 Chapman - RP3 Zach Britton - RP4 I know it's not Betances, because down around 100. Kimbrel?
The Cats Ass Old-Timey Member Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 I know it's not Betances, because down around 100. Kimbrel? Nope, Kimbrel is #7.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 Nope, Kimbrel is #7. Miller, Melancon or Osuna in that order? lol... that doesn't count, Alex Reyes is an SP/RP...
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 I spent a little time wondering who RP1 was... See if you guys can guess. Kenley Jansen - RP2 Chapman - RP3 Zach Britton - RP4 Andrew Miller
BTS Community Moderator Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 I think it's Alex Reyes and TCA is just being a cock.
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 I think it's Alex Reyes and TCA is just being a cock. If I'm understanding this exercise correctly, Miller is the correct answer. Not sure how Reyes fits in there.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 Andrew Miller Miller is 12th... this listing is f***ed. Jansen is the RP1... etc, they do have Reyes as #1 because his ranking as an SP/RP is higher. Dumn.
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 Miller is 12th... this listing is f***ed. Jansen is the RP1... etc oh s***, you guys are still talking about that stupid list. My bad.
BTS Community Moderator Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 If I'm understanding this exercise correctly, Miller is the correct answer. Not sure how Reyes fits in there. The first RP is Jansen, who's listed as RP2 because Reyes has. SP/RP.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 oh s***, you guys are still talking about that stupid list. My bad. Yeah. I didn't catch on initially either.
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 Yeah. I didn't catch on initially either. Miller is RP12? Even though he's #1 this year and probably has a few more years of dominance. Makes sense. And there's critically underrated Jansen at #1.

Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 There's also no justification for putting Correa ahead of Corey Seager at this point. They're the same age and Seager has far better career numbers. Correa: .276/.355/.480, 128 wRC+ Seager: .320/.382/.531, 148 wRC+ Just absurd. Seager has a better career wRC+ than Goldschmidt, Bryant, Harper, Stanton, Ortiz, and McCutchen. Sure, you can say it's only been one full season (and a bit), but that makes it even more impressive, to be doing this so early in his career. Seager joins Nomar Garciaparra as the only rookie shortstops to ever hit .300 with 25 HR, 40 doubles, and 100 R. You can probably add 200 H to that club as well.
BTS Community Moderator Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 Also, rating Sean Newcomb and omitting Austin Meadows is egregious.
Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 Also, rating Sean Newcomb and omitting Austin Meadows is egregious. Gross. I don't think I read past like #40.
Frenchsoup Verified Member Posted September 23, 2016 Posted September 23, 2016 Not the prettiest outing from Leake.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted September 23, 2016 Posted September 23, 2016 Not the prettiest outing from Leake. He certainly Leaked, alright. Lame, I know. Ohhhh... this was s*** talk... hahaha, I love it!
BTS Community Moderator Posted September 25, 2016 Posted September 25, 2016 KingFiller are probably like 90% odds to win this.
King Old-Timey Member Posted September 25, 2016 Posted September 25, 2016 KingFiller are probably like 90% odds to win this. I wouldn't say that, he could flip RBIs, home runs, etc and then he would win. We have been at a disadvantage this week with the injuries to Crawford and Eaton, Frenchsoup has 196 ABs to our 148. So I think that makes what we've done on offense impressive, regardless of the final outcome.

Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted September 25, 2016 Posted September 25, 2016 You have the better streamers and the tie break though. Pretty high chance I'm going to beat him in PL as well. All is right with the world again (hopefully)

Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted September 25, 2016 Posted September 25, 2016 Is that consecutive PL titles for you? Yup. Also taking both halves of the pot barring a total disaster
BTS Community Moderator Posted September 25, 2016 Posted September 25, 2016 Yup. Also taking both halves of the pot barring a total disaster Damn, you dominant now
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted September 25, 2016 Posted September 25, 2016 Zero regrets about drafting Nelson Cruz

BTS Community Moderator Posted September 25, 2016 Posted September 25, 2016 Mychal Givens just threw 26 pitches, got 6 outs, and induced 11 swinging strikes. I love him.
