I think s***ing on co-managers is a little unfair, it really just comes down to finding an effective process to ensure efficiencies.

 

Speedy and I have a list of 2/3 names when it's coming up to our pick, and we are going back and forth on FB chat to make sure we can make the pick quickly. We probably haven't been OTC for more than an hour in both the MiLB and MLB draft combined yet.

 

The thing is we're not really co-managers in the sense that we make all the decisions together. I handle the minor league draft and he handles the major league draft. We each have unilateral control of each of our drafts and don't have to contact the other for approval, only if we want an opinion. That is why JG34 didn't make any picks in the milb draft even when he was here and I wasn't, and I why I haven't made any picks in the MLB draft when we've been up and him away. I think I should make all this clear now.
