For a guy that made a lot of Top 30 lists at some point in the last year, he fell pretty far. The contact rates are concerning but the power has been there.

Last year in the DDL draft I had 2, 3, 5 and he had 4, 6. I got the sense I was happier getting Swanson and Rodgers and he was happier getting Bregman and Benintendi. We just seem to target different guys. (although Benintendi vs Swanson should be an interesting one to follow in the coming years)

Yeah I completely overlooked him to be honest. Dunno why you think anyone would mock, at this point you're either dreaming on ceiling (Jackson) or taking a safer SP4/relief prospect/bench option/platoon batter (Blackburn)

I was more desiring of DeLeon than anything but the above is mostly correct. Once Rodgers went to Colorado I kinda preferred him to Bregman but not enough where I was upset to end up with one over the other.

Well, he did just put up a .225 wOBA over a 28 game sample while striking out at 30% for the season. Still tho, I'll chase the ceiling rather than draft myself another Michael Lorenzen.
