Meh, they're probably pretty equal. If Goins had Miller's league average bat, he'd be a hell of an asset. Goins projects as a terrible hitter going forward though.

League average bats make well above average offensive shortstops. In terms of offensive projections, outside of Correa, Bogaerts, and Tulowitzki, Miller is in a tightly projected group of shortstops with projected wRC+ of a hair over 100.
