Quite a few people around here want Goins as the starting second baseman next year. I can't understand why. He has been a good fill in, but he is nowhere near Travis

 

I`d take either one. Goins certainly filled in well, and his defense is superior. But right now, I couldnt care either way.

Travis is also very good defensively with a potential lethal bat. Its really not even close, Goins is more flexible with his great arm, a perfect back up infielder especially for Tulo.
