Captain Adama Old-Timey Member Posted September 3, 2015 Posted September 3, 2015 Wow Dickey has a PERFECT GAME going on. Dude, typing those words into the internet will definitely jinx him on the field. How dare you!
Swervin81 Verified Member Posted September 3, 2015 Posted September 3, 2015 Tulo going to take a lot of at bats away from Edwin with pitchers wanting to pitch to the automatic out. I wonder where his career numbers would even be without Coors field. He has a career .810 OPS, 117 wRC+ on the road, which encompasses all but a few of his games away from Coors. You do realize that he's in a slump and won't continue to suck forever. Oh, and Tulo's a 1.3 fWAR as a Jay (mostly due to his amazing D). Even when he's not hitting, he's contributing a ton due to how good he is defensively. When his bat finally gets going, watch out.
King Old-Timey Member Posted September 3, 2015 Posted September 3, 2015 Stroman stuck out the first batter in the 5th. 66 pitches now.. Likely will have one batter left.

o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted September 3, 2015 Posted September 3, 2015 Yes because he is supposed to get a hit in every at bat. career away from Coors 117 wRC+ .351 wOBA for people who don't get it... THIS ^^^^^^ is how you reply to a post you think is bogus. Calling them names is NOT how.

o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted September 3, 2015 Posted September 3, 2015 just send him up now, screw buffalo no, he needs to get stretched out a little more. don't want him to break after we've waited so long to get him in the lineup.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted September 3, 2015 Posted September 3, 2015 Booo was pitching a no hitter. No win either. f*** Lansings manager. Stro is gonna be so pissed at not getting his first career Win in Low A ball!
King Old-Timey Member Posted September 3, 2015 Posted September 3, 2015 lol, this is why I love the minor leagues. Errr... That was the mets/Phillies game, not minor leagues, although it's dom brown and Ruben Tejada so I could see how you make that mistake.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted September 3, 2015 Posted September 3, 2015 lol, this is why I love the minor leagues. Should I tell him?

Nobody at all. At worst, some people like to honour the traditions of an old sport. One of the charms of baseball, I think, rather than a cause for snark.
