Quick Jays Season Pass Question

Gentlemen,

 

Sending my pops to the game tomorrow with my season pass. I know in the past there has been a rule about getting there early or else your pass' tickets become void for the game if its a sell out. Does anyone know what the rule is? I've tried contacting the box office to ask but as you can guess i havent had any luck getting through.

I can't imagine Rogers forcing season ticket holders to show up early.

 

Its the season pass....not exactly season seat holders lol. I remember there definitely was a rule enforced in the past just unsure if it is still the case.
