Torontojim Verified Member Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 All the Yankees players look like dads a few look like Grandfathers.
93 Jays Verified Member Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 I say that in turn of people not getting some slang, baseball talk, when I stopped playing competitively, advanced outlooks opened my book to outrageous limits, some ballplayers in todays game do the same thing beside tape. It's a good movement. I played competitively for quite a while but I never graduated to that next level. I'm still looking at the game from a scout type perspective. I know what most of the sabmetrics are and how they are used in the games bigger picture, but I find a good mix of both works well. I understand the game, I've just never advanced my perspective to the level you guys have.
everzz Verified Member Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 Hands in the air everyone. Summon the hits!
Torontojim Verified Member Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 how about laying down a bunt to get a guy on to rattle this pitcher he's too comfortable out there. Maybe goins or Revere could bunt.
