shootz Verified Member Posted July 25, 2015 Posted July 25, 2015 Hi , we are a family visiting Toronto from England from oct 22nd till Oct 31st and would love to take my wife and two girls to a game. I am after any help with this as i am not sure if any games are played during this time and if they are how hard would tickets be to get hold of? Any help would be appreciated!
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted July 25, 2015 Posted July 25, 2015 The Jays last regular season game is October 4th. Unless they make it far in the playoffs, they will be done. There is plenty else to do though, enjoy your visit!
shootz Verified Member Posted July 25, 2015 Author Posted July 25, 2015 Thanks for that Dylan, lets hope for the play-offs then!

Unless the Jays go far into the postseason, there won't be any baseball games. If the Yankees make the World Series, then you can fly down easily to NYC (only 1 HR flight) to catch a game, though tickets would be super expensive. Pittsburgh is quite close as well (5-6 HR drive). Again, it depends on if these teams make it far into the postseason. For other sports, you can probably catch an Argos game or TFC game. As well, the Leafs start up in October and could probably catch a Raptors exhibition game.

Raptors are playing in London this year against Orlando, so just skip the Raps' exhibition game and go for the real deal!
