as much as people think he is a baseball pitching God, it's more about Tampa's farm system that prepares their pitchers so well for the big leagues. Tampa and St.Louis probably have the two best farm systems in baseball. Jays need to model their farm after them.

that's a luck thing and they have had all their bad luck now so I'd watch out for them going forward.
