GD Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 If they're the same price, get Tulo. More letters for the same price = value a Jew can appreciate! At the time you posted this I was buying a Stroman shirt. God damnit I hate myself.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 I think I have that same shirt

sdyment Verified Member Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 Couldn't be bothered to look back in the thread to see if this was posted, but a very candid AA speaks at Pitch Talks. https://www.periscope.tv/w/aLt8GjIyODExNDR8MU1uR25SRU1XckVHT-hwZVtGIe2LtPzbYYH4BSdqzHgjsnnoat83BJdXPFnA Well worth the listen (you may want to avert your eyes from the horrendous video quality).
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 Boston is streaking, 7-3 in their last 10 games. They are still a threat to do some damage in this series. Thankfully the bullpen is utter s***.

Thankfully the bullpen is utter s***. Any team with nothing to play for is a threat to do damage, but I hope the Jays can pull it off. They took down the wildcard leaders (Angels) with no difficulty, took down the streaking Rangers on their home turf, Cleveland was riding a 6 game win streak and we won the series... heck, the O's were streaking by their standards (one win in a row) when they entered toronto and we were able to come away with the series victory. September baseball is a lot of fun, though it's really bad for my heart. Should be a good series. Haven't looked at the pitching matchups yet for this series, how do they look?
vdubmvp Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 I want to know what's going on outside.

Thankfully the bullpen is utter s***. Mostly against a sliding Mets team and a bunch of non-contenders. They couldn't beat the Yankees, and we have a winning record vs. the Sox. And HanRam is hurt, as is Sandoval, and Ortiz is questionable for tomorrow.

jays_fever Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 All 3 of Bostons starters are pretty bad. Another sweep is ideal
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 I want to know what's going on outside. Probably 5 or 6 chicks baring the tits for them.
Trouba95 Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 Think our record will be 93-69 at season's end.

HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 Think our record will be 93-69 at season's end. if you told me that in April I'd laugh at you for being so optimistic. At this point, that record is pessimistic.
Trouba95 Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 Well, we're going to lose at least 3 to the Yanks of the 7 and then we're gonna lose 2-3 to the Rays because they're our kryptonite and... Maybe 95 wins actually. What do you guys think our win total will be?
BlueBirdBro Verified Member Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 So Ortiz likely to miss the first game. Maybe 1-2 more? That'd be a lucky break.

Trouba95 Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 Fangraphs has us projected to end the season 92-70 with the Yanks ending 90-72.
