Colabello, despite getting some fluky hits lately, has looked awful at the dish. Serious regression going on here.

 

Gibbons has a really bad tendency to get hooked on players based on small samples of success. It's awful. We've seen this s*** time and time again: Colabello, Francisco, Pompey, Castro, etc.

All of the Mets 6 losses have come at Skydome/Rogers Centre. And this year's Mets team can't win on the road.. a putrid 10-19 (only the Phillies are worse.) And with their weaker starters (Colon, Niese) going, we have a chance to split.
