There are a lot of guys there who I'd be stoked with getting, but my favorite guy remaining in the draft is Chandler Day. Tall, super projectable high school arm with a clean delivery, good feel for his secondaries, a good fastball, and a huge ceiling. Throw in the Vandy commitment and he just seems like such a Blue Jays draft prospect. They like going after these tough signs and they've repeatedly targeted guys like him in the past. I don't think 1M would be enough to sign him, but if it is, I'd be surprised if they don't consider him.

If Day doesn't sign with a team in this draft, I can very easily see him as a top-5 selection in a future draft.

Ryan Johnson, Ace he was a potential high pick last summer, do you know what happened?

Boring name syndrome probably. Same thing happened to Kel Johnson last year. jk

I think he probably just didn't perform as expect and other guys stepped up. Aiello was a top 10-20 pick in many early rankings as well.

Yeah, I could see him being a top 10 selection in a few years.

Some guys they draft knowing they won't sign, but to talk to them and build a relationship for the future draft they enter.
