I actually use an iPod Touch 4 because it plays music and I don't have to really fight with it at all... (I use a non iTunes program to actually put music on it...)

Yes but when people pirate they know they are doing something illegal and that they aren't supporting the artists that way and they may feel compelled to support them in other ways. Spotify just gives you the illusion that you're not screwing the artist. f*** that s***.
