it was. the rule says they are not allowed to come onto the playing field to wait for a review, but it doesn't say they can't stand at the top of the dugout and make the game wait. Loophole that needs to be fixed

I don't think Hutch is pitching that badly...I mean he struck out de aza, and apart from the walk to pearce, davis and jones hits were off good pitches. It's more good hitting>good pitching that inning.
